I. Product brief introduction:
We use excellent high carbon steel with heat treatment to improve bearing steel anti-high temperature ability. Bearable steel,it is specially used for high temperature bearing, assembled with G10 Grade bearing steel balls.
With strictly heat treatment our bearing hardness could reach to HRC40~50 (This is only for high carbon steel),to guarantee long work life. Our bearing grooves has been grinded and polished to guarantee the bearing movement in smooth. Our quality has been approved by China market overhead chain manufacturers.
This high carbon steel is much more cost-effective compare to chrome steel, which the working condition has low workload, and movement very small, especially for overhead conveyor chains trolley rollers, which not require high precision.

It is widely used in high termperature work condition, painting room, painting machines, high temperature electric motors,reducers,and other machines like: food processing and production lines, medical machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, food machinery, chemical machinery production line, packaging machinery.
